For foreign readers: I wanted to paint another coach in FS livery (as shown in the main article), so I disassembled a 4032, and this was a good occasion to take some photos of all its parts. They are shown in the following images and summarised in the next table.
Avevo intenzione di riverniciare un'altra carrozza in livrea FS (come descritto nell'articolo principale); così ho smontato una 4032, e questa è stata anche una buona occasione per scattare qualche foto a tutte le sue parti. Ecco dunque le immagini e una tabella con l'elenco di tutti i componenti.

Una carrozza è dunque formata da 44 pezzi, di 20 tipi diversi. La maggior parte - 24 pezzi di 11 tipi diversi - è ovviamente in lamiera, mentre il metallo in fusione o tornitura è usato solo per piccoli oggetti, come gli assi o i respingenti.
Per confronto, in una carrozza attuale in plastica, Märklin o di altre marche, sono in metallo solo gli assi e una piastra di zavorra. Il carrello è generalmente un unico stampo in plastica (contro gli 8 pezzi di quelli in esame). La cassa è simile come impostazione, ma ovviamente anch'essa in plastica e dunque in corpo unico con le testate.
A coach is made of 44 pieces, from 20 different types. Most of them - 24 pieces of 11 types - are made of sheet metal, while other types of metal (Metal or turned) are used only for small pieces such as axes and buffers.
In a modern plastic coach, from Märklin or other firms, metal is still used only for axes and a plate for ballasting. The bogie is generally a single plastic piece (instead of 8 different pieces in these coaches). The body is similar, but of course it's made of plastic.

NUOVO Due foto aggiuntive delle carrozze TEE, sicuramente le più belle e celebri tra quelle in lamierino, e ben più eleganti di quella blu e bianca di Epoca V che abbiamo illustrato smontata.

Carrozza TEE bar (art. 4058): una delle più caratteristiche, con la scritta Trans Europ Express lungo la fiancata: rimase in produzione solo dal 1966 al 1973 ed è l'unica che non è mai stata riproposta nella versione in plastica da 27 cm.
